Credit card data is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our Service, or access to it, without our written permission. Section headings here are just for convenience and don’t affect how these Terms are interpreted.

We’re not responsible if information on this site turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content here is for general information only — don’t rely on it as your only source before making a decision. Any reliance on this site’s content is at your own risk. We can change site content anytime without any obligation to keep it updated, and it’s your job to keep an eye on any changes.

We don’t promise that any product, Service, or information will meet your expectations, or that errors in the Service will always get fixed.

Pixels on Screen sells software license keys only to the original buyer. If you choose to resell a key to someone else, that’s entirely at your own risk. If the third-party buyer runs into any technical issues, activation problems, or legal trouble, Pixels on Screen holds no responsibility for any resulting claims or disputes. The original buyer is fully responsible for anything that happens from reselling a key.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to decline any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order — including orders using the same account, card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, we’ll try to reach you using the contact details from your order. We can also restrict orders that look like they’re coming from resellers or distributors.

You agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information for every purchase, and to keep your account details updated — including your email and payment information — so we can process orders and reach you when needed.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We only sell software product keys — we don’t manufacture or produce them ourselves. We get our keys from third-party vendors and have no control over how they source them. We can’t guarantee the authenticity or validity of every key, and we’re not responsible for problems arising from their use. We act purely as a reseller, passing along keys as we receive them. By purchasing from us, you accept these terms and understand we’re not liable for damages tied to using the keys.

Pixels on Screen, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates won’t be liable for any injury, loss, or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service or any product bought through it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where local law doesn’t allow limiting liability in certain ways, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Pixels on Screen sells software license keys only to the original buyer. If you resell a key to someone else, you do so entirely at your own risk, and we’re not responsible for any resulting disputes, technical issues, or legal problems the third party experiences. The original buyer bears full responsibility for any consequences of reselling.

Section 14 – Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Pixels on Screen, along with our affiliates, partners, staff, and agents, harmless from any claim (including legal fees) brought by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or someone else’s rights.

Section 15 – Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent legally possible, and removing it won’t affect the rest of the Terms.

Section 16 – Termination

Obligations that arose before termination will continue to apply even after these Terms end. These Terms stay in effect until you or we end them. You can stop using our Services anytime to end this agreement. If we believe you’ve broken any part of these Terms, we can end this agreement without notice, and you’ll remain responsible for anything owed up to that point. We may also deny you further access to our Services.

Section 17 – Entire Agreement

If we don’t enforce a right or provision under these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’re giving it up. These Terms, along with any policies posted on our site, make up the full agreement between you and us regarding the Service, replacing any earlier agreements or communications, written or otherwise. Any unclear parts of these Terms won’t automatically be interpreted against whoever wrote them.

These Terms, and any separate agreements for Services we provide, are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
