Cancellation Policy

At Pixels on Screen, we aim to keep every purchase simple, fair, and transparent for our customers.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

• If your order is for email delivery, it can no longer be cancelled once the license key or digital product has been sent out.
• Orders for physical delivery can be cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped yet.
• To cancel an order, contact our support team at pixelsonscreen@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it.

2. Automatic Cancellation

• If payment isn’t completed within the allowed payment window, the order gets cancelled automatically by our system.
• We also reserve the right to cancel an order without prior notice if we suspect fraud or notice missing/incomplete information.

Orders that have already been fulfilled — whether the key was delivered by email or a physical item was dispatched — cannot be cancelled or refunded.
