Cancellation Policy

At Pixels on Screen, we want every purchase to be simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

Once your license key or digital product has been sent by email, that order can no longer be cancelled.
Orders for physical delivery can only be cancelled if they haven’t shipped yet.
To request a cancellation, email us at pixelsonscreen@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Automatic Cancellation

If payment isn’t completed within the given payment window, the order is cancelled automatically by our system.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice if we suspect fraud or notice incomplete information.

Once an order is fulfilled — meaning the key has been delivered or a physical item has shipped — it can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

Claim Window: You have 7 days from delivery to report any problem with your purchase. Requests made after this window won’t be accepted.
Replacement Terms: Every replacement request is reviewed individually and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility: We only replace keys that turn out to be invalid or previously used due to an error on our part.
Edition Compatibility: Double-check that you’re ordering the correct edition or version for your needs. We’re not responsible for refunds or returns if you purchase the wrong edition.

All digital sales are final. Once your license key has been delivered, it can’t be returned or refunded.
This is because a digital key can’t be taken back or resold after it’s issued, which protects the integrity of every product we sell.

If your key turns out to be invalid or already used, contact us at pixelsonscreen@gmail.com within 7 days so we can look into it. If we confirm the issue, we’ll send you a replacement.

Once a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
