How We Deliver: Since everything we sell is digital, your license key is sent straight to your email inbox. For select products, we can also send a physical card with the key printed on it, shipped through courier. Email remains our main and fastest delivery method.
How Long It Takes
- Email Delivery: Most keys land in your inbox within minutes, sometimes a couple of hours. On rare occasions, delivery may take up to 24-48 business hours due to unexpected delays.
- Physical Card Delivery (where offered): These orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours and sent out by courier. Depending on your city, expect it to arrive within 2-7 business days across Pakistan.
Confirming Your Order: After checkout, you’ll get an email confirming your purchase details. For physical card orders, we’ll call or message you on WhatsApp before shipping. If we can’t reach you after a few tries, the order will be cancelled.
If Something Doesn’t Show Up
- Haven’t received your key yet? Check your spam or junk folder first, since digital emails sometimes land there.
- Tracking a physical shipment? Use your tracking number or message our support team.
- We can’t take responsibility for delivery problems caused by wrong contact or shipping details entered at checkout.
